WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>

If you are purchasing from the Karat Fine Vintage Jewellery online shop as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act.<\/p>

You may withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days without giving any reason from the day you receive the product or gift card. Withdrawal from the contract is made by submitting a declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of the aforementioned period to the Seller:<\/p>

The declaration may be made in any form. You may use the withdrawal form attached to the Terms and Conditions of the online shop, however, it is not your obligation.<\/p><\/div>

If you exercise your right of withdrawal from the sales contract, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded.<\/p>

The Seller shall reimburse the payment received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding the costs which result from your selection of a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Seller), no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>

The payment shall be refunded in the same form in which the original payment was made.<\/p>

If you make a declaration of withdrawal, you are obliged to send back to the Seller the product to which you have withdrawn within 14 days from the day on which you have withdrawn from the sales contract. Sending the product within the aforementioned period is sufficient to meet the deadline.<\/p><\/div>

Exclusions on the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts:<\/p>

a) where the object of the performance is a non-reproduced item, produced to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet the consumer's personalised needs;<\/p>

b) for the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after the trader has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

Accordingly, you shall not be entitled to withdraw from sales contracts concerning:<\/p>

a) Products that have been modified to your specifications, at your request, e.g. items of jewellery whose size has been adapted to your personalised needs;<\/p>

b) Gift cards that have been fully used before the end of the withdrawal period.<\/p><\/div>

With regard to gift cards that have been used in part before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse you an amount equivalent to the funds remaining on the gift card up to the expiry of the withdrawal period or the cancellation \/ deactivation of the gift card.<\/div>\n<\/div>

COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Claims under the warranty are only available to those of you who purchase from the online shop as consumers. In other cases, the warranty is excluded.<\/p>\n

As the products offered in the shop are second-hand items, the Seller is liable for product defects found within a period of 1 year from the moment of delivery. Warranty claims should be made within 1 year from the date the defect was noticed.<\/p>\n

In the complaint, you should indicate: your name, surname and a detailed description and indication of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint. You must enclose the proof of purchase of the product and the product you are complaining about.<\/p>\n

If you lodge a complaint electronically, the product should be sent back to the address: KARAT Skrytka Pocztowa Nr. 1 ul. Z\u0142otostocka 21, 57-230 Kamieniec Z\u0105bkowicki.<\/p>\n

The Seller is obliged to respond to the claims contained in the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its delivery to the Seller.<\/p>\n

In the case of accepting the complaint, the Seller will reimburse the costs of sending back the advertised product (economy mail). If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired or, if this is not possible, the Seller will return to you the equivalent of the price of the advertised product immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the decision on accepting the complaint, using the same method of payment that you used.
